Who qualifies for the Trade Partner Programme?
Interior designers, architects, kitchen designers, property developers, and fitout contractors with an active project pipeline — based in South Africa or internationally.
Is there a minimum spend or commitment?
No minimum spend required to join. Commission rates and trade pricing are tiered by volume — the more you specify with TRENZY, the better your terms get over time.
How does the commission structure work?
Commission is calculated against the retail value of furniture and fitout supplied to your client. It is paid at project completion. Exact rates are confirmed at onboarding.
Do you supply and install outside Gauteng?
Yes. Primary installation coverage includes Johannesburg, Sandton, Pretoria, Midrand and Fourways. National delivery to Cape Town, Durban and all major SA centres is available. International projects are welcomed — logistics and installation scope discussed per brief.
Do you work with international designers and architects?
Yes. We welcome trade partnerships with design professionals worldwide. Contact us at procurement@trenzyspaces.co.za to discuss your specific project and location.
Can my client visit the showroom?
Yes, by appointment. Book a design consultation to schedule a visit. Virtual consultations available for international partners.
Can you handle developer projects with multiple units?
Absolutely — multi-unit developer projects are a specialisation. Submit a Commercial Fitout Brief to discuss.
What is the lead time on bespoke and standard orders?
Standard furniture: 4–6 weeks. Bespoke furniture and fitouts: quoted per project at brief stage.
Do you offer finish samples?
Yes. Registered trade partners receive access to our full finish sample library. International partners can request a digital swatch pack. Physical samples available on request.
